For over a century and a half, our family’s olive trees have been anchored in the limestone-rich, alkaline soils of Kour in Northern Lebanon. Situated at an altitude of 450 meters, this ancestral land offers our centenarian trees a rare terroir defined by soil permeability, natural aeration, and deep water-holding capacity.

These trees have never known chemical fertilizers or pesticides—a legacy of purity that paved the way for the rigorous organic and agroecological practices we passionately apply today.
